Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of systems or components throughout the product lifecycle, considering customer requirements, timelines, and budget as set by the program manager.
  • Lead integration processes in projects.
  • Write system specifications and architecture.
  • Address system-level engineering conflicts.
  • 20%-30% travel required.
  • Conduct design reviews, write review documents and system specifications.
  • Oversee and monitor work plans.
  • Plan, lead, and write test reports; supervise field tests.
  • Manage subcontractors by writing requirement specifications and providing technical oversight.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Software Engineering.
  • 2+ years in a system engineer role.
  • Ability to plan, lead, execute, and analyze experiments.
  • Creativity and ability to work under pressure.
  • High-level English proficiency.
  • Experience leading teams is an advantage.
  • Experience in developing multidisciplinary autonomous systems is a plus.
  • Experience in developing airborne systems is a plus.
