We're looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior SecOps Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee IT Security and Incident Response domains.

Monitor and respond to security events, vulnerabilities, and potential threats in our environment.

Manage and maintain our SIEM solution.

Lead Incident Response (IR) activities, including managing incidents and improving the response process.

Conduct market research and evaluate Proof of Concept (POC) solutions for security tools, ensuring the best fit for our security needs.

Identify and mitigate new security threats through continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and log analysis.

Provide security support as needed, including on-call responsibilities.

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in IT security and incident response.

Proven experience with:

Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

Endpoint Protection (EDR/XDR)

Email Protection

SIEM

Threat Intelligence

Vulnerability Management

Attack Simulation Solutions

Security Automation or SOAR

In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and securing network infrastructure, including firewalls and VPNs.

Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Office 365.

Strong understanding of system and security controls on both Windows and macOS.

Skilled in triaging security alerts and executing incident responses.

Experience in high-growth startup or tech company environments.

Passionate about security, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, trends, and best practices.
