Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Product Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with Fermata’s vision and market needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, and marketing, to define product requirements and specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the AgTech landscape.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision and updates.
• Monitor product performance and final user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ability to travel to clients all over the world.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Agriculture, Business, Engineering, Data Science).
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the agriculture sector.
