Food Safety Manager in Corporate Quality Division – Northern Region

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Safety Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for food safety, innovation, and hands-on leadership in a dynamic corporate environment.

*** Key Responsibilities:***

Lead processes and routines for continuous improvement in food safety across 7 northern sites.

Implement and enforce corporate policies, updates, and guidelines regarding food safety at all division sites.

Oversee routine adherence and track task completion from food safety team meetings at the sites.

Supervise the sanitation and pest control programs of the plant.

Monitor the implementation of the plant's HACCP plan.

Develop training programs on food safety, sanitation, and pest control.

Provide on-site support for food safety events and analyze deviations, including corrective actions.

Guide external audits and evaluate the effectiveness of the food safety system.

Initiate corrective and preventive actions in the field of food safety.

Control and monitor compliance with food safety indicators (drills, audits, and corrective actions).

Write, update, and review work instructions and related documents in the field of food safety (management control forms, flowcharts, risk assessments).

***Required Education and Skills:***

Food Technologist/ Food Engineer/ Bachelor's degree in sciences (Biology / Chemistry).

3 years of experience in food safety.

A cumulative 8 years of experience in quality.

Previous managerial experience of at least 2 years.

1 year of experience as a HACCP team leader.

Experience in conducting investigations.

Experience in performing internal audits and required certifications – Advantage

Familiarity with standards and regulatory requirements – Advantage
