Job Description:

Remedy Cell is seeking a talented Quality Assurance & Research & Development Scientist to join our vibrant and dynamic team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our work and products while contributing to cutting-edge research and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management system including protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular internal and external audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Research & Development:

• Design and execute studies to support development and optimization of Remedy Cell’s pipeline products.
• Collaborate with other R&D scientists to develop innovative solutions for complex issues in the development of novel clinical products.
• Conduct literature reviews and stay informed on latest industry trends, new developments in relevant indication, and emerging technologies.
• Document findings and present results to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• A PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or in a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance and R&D role, in a biotechnology or a pharmaceutical company.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO) and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of GMP standards and requirements with focus on manufacturing of complex biological drug products.
• Experience in scientific R&D work, including mammalian cell culture aseptic work, animal in vivo experiments, flow cytometry studies, biochemistry assays, and molecular biology techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
