Real Estate Analyst

MiDEAL Real Estate Funds ("MiDEAL") manages Real Estate funds that Purchase and Manage Commercial Real Estate Properties in Europe, focusing on investments in Germany.

MiDEAL has over EUR 1 billion of assets under management.

Amongst MiDEAL’s investors are the biggest Israeli Institutional investors. 

We are looking for a Real estate analyst to join our team.

Role Description

• Financial analysis
• Ongoing deal flow screening
• Ongoing reporting
• Monthly budget monitoring
• Responsible for conducting due diligence
• Assisting with preparation of periodical financial statements

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in either: Advisory firm, Big 4, private equity fund, investment banking firm, etc;
• Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills;
• Analytical Skills, Finance and analysis skills;
• Strong attention to details;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
