About This Role

In this position, you’ll be leading and developing the Grocery and E-commerce sector, focusing on creating innovative solutions for customers. You’ll engage with potential partners for collaborations, manage customer relationships, and drive business growth. The role also involves building internal systems and ensuring alignment with all departments. This position is based in our Israel office, and it offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our marketplace strategy and customer experience.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Lead the Grocery and e-commerce sector, focusing on expanding business and meeting KPIs.
• Manage relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact.
• Develop multi-channel strategies and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans.
• Identify commercial opportunities and develop sales tools to maximize potential.
• Create partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive competitive advantage.
• Build and maintain systems to support customer growth and success.
• Ensure all processes are aligned with marketing, service, and information systems teams.
  
  

What will you bring to the table?

• Experience in sales management and business development, particularly in the retail or grocery industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and manage multiple projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with creative thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
