Director of Organizational Consulting

A leading consulting firm specializing in operational excellence is seeking an experienced Director of Organizational Consulting to lead organizational change processes in a wide range of companies. The role includes managing a team of three organizational consultants, focusing on organizational structures, workflows, soft skills, workshops, and employee motivation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead organizational change processes and design structures and workflows to improve performance.
• Develop and facilitate workshops on soft skills and employee motivation.
• Manage a team of organizational consultants and oversee complex consulting projects.
• Drive business development and sales, expanding the firm's consulting activities.

Requirements
