What will you be doing?

• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for eToro, aligning with company goals and market positioning.
• Create detailed marketing plans for various financial products and tools, focusing on targeted customer segments and their needs.
• Manage and execute marketing campaigns from acquisition to retention in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Craft clear and comprehensive briefs for the creative and media teams to deliver effective and focused marketing campaigns.
• Possess full control over marketing data, with a deep understanding of optimizing campaigns and analyzing performance across all channels (digital and offline).
• Track market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to improve existing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  
  

• 8 years of experience in similar roles
• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing tools and systems, with hands-on experience in managing marketing data.
• Significant advantage: Experience in marketing financial products.
• Significant advantage: managerial experience
• Strong analytical skills, broad business understanding, and strategic thinking.
• Experience working with creative and media teams, with the ability to lead teams towards measurable goals.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Marketing, Economics, Business Administration) – mandatory; MBA – an advantage.
