Your challenge:

• Approve and activate new customer accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Issue invoices accurately and on time, and manage collections to ensure timely payments.
• Perform customer and bank reconciliations, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure timely posting.
• Prepare and submit required reports to authorities.
• Support the monthly closing process and assist with annual audit preparations.
  
  

• Bookkeeping certificate Levels 1 & 2 – Mandatory
• Full-time availability – Mandatory
• At least three years of proven bookkeeping experience – Mandatory
• Experience in working with global companies
• Bookkeeping certificate Level 3 – Advantage
• Familiarity with SAP system – Advantage
• Proficiency in English and MS Office
• Strong customer and supplier service orientation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
