אנחנו מחפשים אנשים עם רצון ללמוד ולהתפתח בתחום המכירות. אם אתם אוהבים אווירה ארגונית טובה, המשרה מתאימה גם למי שיש לו ניסיון חלקי או קיים במכירות משרדיות וגם לאנשים שמחפשים את דריסת הרגל הראשונה שלהם בעולם העסקי, כולל משוחררי צבא ובוגרי תארים.

מה תעשו בתפקיד:

• עבודה מול לקוחות עסקיים, ניהול תהליכי מכירה מקצה לקצה, והובלת הלקוח לסגירה מוצלחת.

תנאים והטבות:

• שכר: החל מהחודש השלישי (גג רביעי) שכר מינימלי של 12,000 ש"ח (כולל תוצאות).
• הגנה: הגנה מעל משכורת הבסיס ב-3 החודשים הראשונים.
• מענקי התמדה: מענק התמדה בשווי 10,000 ש"ח, מחולק לשני חלקים במהלך השנה הראשונה.
• הזדמנויות קידום: אפשרות להתקדם לתפקיד שטח או לניהול שותפים (70% עבודה במשרד, 30% בשטח).

• אנרגיה חיובית ורצון להתקדם בקריירה.

Sales Representative (Netanya) for Business Clients at a Business Center CALL CENTER in the PAYMENT Sector for Companies and Organizations

We are looking for individuals eager to learn and grow in the field of sales. If you thrive in a positive organizational environment, this position is suitable for those with partial or existing office sales experience, recent graduates, military veterans, or those seeking their first step into the business world.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work with business clients, manage end-to-end sales processes, and lead clients to successful closures.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: Minimum salary of 12,000 NIS (including results) starting from the third month (no later than the fourth month).
• Protection: Salary protection above the base salary during the first 3 months.
• Retention Bonuses: Retention bonus worth 10,000 NIS, paid in two installments during the first year.
• Promotion Opportunities: Opportunity to advance to field roles or partner management (70% office-based, 30% field-based).
