Project Coordinator - Back office

Vitrea, a leading Israeli company in the development, production, and marketing of smart home systems in Israel and globally, is actively seeking a highly capable project back office coordinator to oversee and drive the promotion of prestigious projects in the construction and smart homes industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitating meetings between project managers and clients

- Monitoring and promoting projects from inception to completion

- Centralizing and closely monitoring all project activities with regular updates in the system

- Generating comprehensive data reports

This is a full-time position based at the company's HQ in Rishon LeZion, Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00,

Requirements:

- Experience and ability to promote and drive projects

- Knowledge of priority, knowledge of AutoCAD

- Knowledge and experience in coordinating meetings

- High skills in customer service and ability to communicate at a high level

- High level of assertiveness

- Ability to arrange, organize, and motivate people
