Security Researcher

A startup company in the cybersecurity sector has developed a system that connects to various security products within an organization via API.

The system collects data on how these tools operate what goes in and out, settings, and rules identifies gaps, and provides prioritized recommendations based on threat coverage and organizational infrastructure.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, near a train line, and operates on a hybrid model that allows for three days of work from home. It currently employs 45 people.

The CEO of the company previously achieved an exit with another firm for $105 million and is currently finalizing the expansion of their Series A funding round.

The position is part of a team of four, reporting to a team leader.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience as a Security Researcher / Security Engineer
• Understanding of technical terminology, tools, and tactics employed by threat actors
• Basic understanding of security analytics technologies (SIEM, XDR, etc.)
• Proven track record of work with MITRE ATT&CK and ability to develop threat models based on the framework
• Understanding of technical terminology, tools, and tactics employed by threat actors.
• Basic experience in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-premises systems (Security products).
• Creativity, innovation, self-motivation, strong desire to learn.
• Creative and pleasant personality.
• Fluent English and Hebrew
