We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our services, maintaining strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and suppliers, and overseeing daily processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, pharmacists, and suppliers.
• Coordinate operational activities to ensure seamless delivery of services across various departments.
• Collaborate with the medical and product teams to optimize workflows and processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations and ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in operational management, preferably in the healthcare or tech industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with suppliers and managing contracts.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Native-level proficiency in German is required.
• Fluency in English
