Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Director of Product to join qbiq during a fascinating phase in our growth. In this role, you will take part in setting and executing qbiq’s product roadmap, working closely with our business and engineering teams. Have a key role in translating that strategy into actionable steps, ensuring seamless delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the Product Roadmap: Collaborate closely with qbiq’s leadership and business units, leveraging their expertise in market and customer needs to ensure effective roadmap execution.
• Continuously Drive Product-Market Fit: Ensure that qbiq's product consistently meets evolving market demands by refining the product offering based on customer insights and market trends. Maintain a close feedback loop to adapt quickly to new opportunities.
• Lead Product Development: Partner closely with engineering to develop innovative product features that enhance user experience and increase engagement.
• Customer-Centric Execution: Work with business units (including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to understand our customers (landlords, real estate brokers, tenants, architects, and construction companies) to ensure feedback is effectively integrated into the product development process.
• Cross-functional Execution: Ensure close alignment between product delivery and go-to-market strategies by working hand-in-hand with key teams.
• Product Operations: Manage the processes, tools, and the product team. Drive operational efficiency and streamline product development workflows.
• Data-Driven Execution: Use data and insights provided by the business units to inform decisions, track KPIs, and adjust execution as needed for optimal product performance.

Key Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in Product positions, with at least 3 years in a startup, preferably as the most recent experience.
• Experience refining product-market fit through dynamic, customer-driven approaches.
• Proven track record of developing and scaling first-to-market SaaS products.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Demonstrated success in building and executing product roadmaps from ideation to launch in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong understanding of customer feedback loops and how to translate user insights into impactful product features.
• Data-driven, with a solid understanding of KPIs and product metrics to drive decisions and improve product performance.
• Passionate about using technology to solve complex challenges in the real estate industry.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AI-powered platforms.
• Experience in working with the product marketing team to define inbound and outbound processes
• Experience in PropTech or ConTech
