Product Manager

The company is seeking an innovative, creative, and experienced Product Manager to initiate and lead the product dimension of a new venture in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As a member of the excellent Product team, your goal is to create a vision, define strategy and

roadmap plan for a new organizational venture in a way that serves market needs, customer requirements and the company's business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Solve complex and emerging problems in the world of identity space, fraud and risk

management by leveraging existing and emerging datasets.

• Manage product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

• Own and communicate Roadmap plans, and prioritize features to support the ongoing

product delivery, sales/marketing initiatives, and other customer commitments

• Work closely with internal and outsourced R&D teams to oversee implementation and

ensure on-time and high-quality product delivery

• Analyze market trends and closely monitor competitive landscape, translate vision into

detailed product roadmap & backlog

• Research, collect, gather, define, prioritize and communicate business requirements from

different sources for current and future product releases

• Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments

to execute it

• Act as the subject matter expert of the product area internally as well as externally

• Work closely with all departments to identify gaps and align all product efforts

• Define the metrics and KPIs used to measure the success and health of your product

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager at a product-driven software company preferably in the Identity space

• Proven experience and demonstrable technical depth in SaaS and API based software products.

• Proven experience in creating product specifications, user stories and detailed product requirements documents

• Excellent analytical skills with very strong attention to details and ability to make quick decisions

• Experience in working with R&D teams (incl. subcontractors).

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
