Data Scientist

A Japanese-Israeli startup company in the e-commerce field that develops a unique SaaS platform utilizing AI to analyze and optimize sellers’ product listings on marketplaces.

The technology helps promote sellers’ product listings on marketplace search engines, enhances listings' visibility, and drives sales. Additionally, the company has an AI-based system for data tagging.

Located in central Israel, near a train line, the team works from the office on Mondays and Thursdays. The company has about 15 employees in Israel and has been operating since 2017.

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience with ML models from earlier (LR, random forest) to latest ML models
• Experience in all aspects of model delivery, from data cleaning to release and maintenance
• Experience in robust pipeline delivery for generic / semi-automatic model training and iteration
• Good code writing skills with a focus on performance and efficiency
• Experience with DevOps tools, DB (MongoDB, MySQL) and cloud (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud)
• Self-learner, team player with great communication skills and hands-on approach
• BONUS SKILLS
• Experience with large transformer models
• Previous experience in e-commerce
