Role Description:
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll utilize your skills in customer service, phone etiquette, and customer experience to create positive, professional interactions with our restaurant partners and customers.
This is a full-time position based in our Tel Aviv headquarters.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality management positions is mandatory. We value individuals who deeply understand the industry's nuances and can leverage their experience to provide excellent support.
• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Phone Etiquette skills
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Effective teamwork is essential. We believe in the power of collaboration and value people who can contribute positively to a supportive team environment.
• The candidate should possess proficiency in relevant technical skills, including solving software problems, understanding technical documentation, and adapting to new technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional & timely fashion.
