Commercial Lawyer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on sales, procurement, IP, and commercial transactions.
• Work closely with sales, procurement and other business functions.
• Collaborate with management on legal strategies and solutions.
• Develop legal procedures and scale services.
• Implement tech tools to streamline legal processes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a commercial lawyer in a high-tech practice (in-house experience is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytic skills.
• Passion for technology and legal innovation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• LLB/JD from a top law school; Israeli or US Bar membership.
