For our Office in Israel, we are looking for a Senior Publisher Success Manager, to oversee and develop our premium publisher partnerships. This role will focus on optimizing revenue and driving business growth for Illumin's ssp & exchange.
The position involves managing all aspects of account management, from onboarding to ongoing client communication, and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
About the Position
The Publisher Success Manager will be leading the company's strategic premium supply partners.
In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key publishers, and act as their main point of contact and ensuring they fully utilize our ad-tech solutions.
You will Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with publishers to enhance their revenue. This will be done by Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize revenue outcomes.
You will be also be responsible for leading operations, product and publisher facing solutions.
The day-to-day of this role will consist of monitoring reports, collecting publisher data, operating the client account platform, and managing work with
cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of publisher services are being provided.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in publisher management within the Ad-Tech industry- must
- Knowledge of the ad tech field and all integration types, specifically pre bid.
- Tech/product-savvy.
- Fluent English in writing, speaking, and reading
- Highly motivated and thorough worker with an understanding of the adtech industry
- Ability to learn and work independently
- Proficiency in Excel – including tools such as Pivot and Vlookup
- Data-driven and highly analytical thinker who can read and interpret reports and data
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key publishers, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring they fully utilize our ad-tech solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with publishers to enhance their revenue.
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize revenue outcomes.
How will your day to day look like:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with publishers, managing onboarding, account optimization, reporting, billing, and ongoing communication.
- On board new strategic partners, based on your relationships.
- Proactively monitor and analyze data metrics to enhance performance and achieve publisher Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Act as a dedicated publisher advocate in cross-functional meetings, collaborating with Accounting, Product, Engineering, Ad Operations, and Business Development teams.
- Regularly communicate with Demand Operations to understand inventory demands and market trends, strategically planning to maximize overall revenue.
