Using a unique, holistic, and integrated model of prevention, NALA works with communities to sustainably eliminate diseases and break the poverty cycle. With evidence-backed interventions, NALA has achieved on average a 90% reduction in disease prevention in Ethiopia, with global operations expanding both within Israel and internationally.
Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Finance and Administration Officer to join our Tel Aviv office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day administrative and financial operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to the overall mission of the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong background in finance and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily administrative and financial operations, ensuring smooth functioning of office tasks.
- Prepare financial reports, payroll, and budgets.
- Communicate with external service providers, including banks and accounting firms.
- Support logistics and coordination for internal and external meetings and events.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the executive and project management teams.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and managing office resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with organizational policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management and accounting roles.
- Excellent command of Hebrew and English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of international development and experience in global health is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, GSuite, or Monday.com is a plus.
