About the job:

We're seeking a tech leader with experience in real-time distributed video systems and highly skilled in Go/Rust/C++ and Python and application infrastructure/architecture design.

Must-Have:

1.Realtime air-gapped Video Systems/Surveillance systems Experience:

• Expertise in developing and managing real-time distributed video systems, preferably air-gapped environments.
• Skilled in video protocols like WebRTC, HLS, RTSP/IP streaming

2.Programming Languages:

• High proficiency in Go (Or alternatively Rust/C++), and Python.

3.Infrastructure & DevOps Skills:

• Extensive experience in Infrastructure Configuration using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Apache spark.
• Proven ability to build complete pipelines and manage environments on Kubernetes.
• Experience in architecture design for air-gapped systems

4.Distributed Systems Technologies:

• Familiarity with Redis and Kafka
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL

Huge advantage (but not a must):

• Some experience with AI/ML, LLMs/VLMs implementation and algorithmics
