Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and highly motivated individual with the right approach to logistics? We are seeking a committed professional to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. If you have a strong command of English and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

·      Coordinate and manage all orders.

·      Manage & perform all related ERP recording and reporting processes.

·      Manage & perform light manufacturing ERP processes (BOM).

·      Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.

·      Work with people in different time zones to meet business needs.

·      Maintain meticulous records and documentation.

·      Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and problem resolution, including Sales and Finance.

Qualifications:

·      Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.

·      Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.

·      Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.

·      Good hands-om knowledge of the logistics and inventory ERP module (NetSuite preferred, Oracle second).
