Chief Financial Officer

About the jobSymbiosis is a preclinical, investor-backed Structural Heart company, developing a revolutionary TMVR solution. The CFO will work directly with the CEO of the company. You will lead all financial planning and reporting processes, focusing on P&L and Cash flow, and lead cost optimization initiatives, own strategic finance and planning, board meeting preparation, fundraisings, accounts payable, and other finance-related operations. 

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Accounting
• 5+ years experience in VC-backed companies, including experience in consulting or audit, investment banking, investment process with US investors, and/or private equity or in strategic finance at a high-growth investor-backed company
• Strong understanding of Structural Heart trends, regulations, and market dynamics, to inform strategic planning
