Senior Software Product Manager

Questar, a leading providers of AI software for the Automotive market, is seeking to bring on board a Senior SW Product Manager to join our product team. As a product manager you will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, define user experience (UX) use cases and work closely with the engineering and support teams to achieve product-market fit and user satisfaction goals. You will also ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Your Main Responsibilities:

·        Gather market and field feedback and translate it to product requirements and detailed feature specifications.

·        Define user workflows, and user experience, create mockups, wire frames and visual prototypes and develop written materials such as manuals, presentations, training to communicate product advantages and benefits.

·        Own the product development plan – work together with multiple stakeholders (R&D, Engineering, Sales) to define & test possible product solutions and manage tasks and deliverables.

·        Manage version releases and prioritize features and tasks.

·        Employ and execute a wide range of usability tools, such as heuristic review, metrics, usability testing, etc. either as part of design projects or as standalone activities.

·        Talk to customers about their challenges, listen to their needs, and work with the team to solve customers’ problems.

·        Collaborate, prioritize and coordinate work between multiple teams of various disciplines.

A good candidate would have:

• At least 5 years of product management experience in a SaaS software companies preferred experienced in B2C, or B2B2C.
• Experience in the Automotive market – mandatory
• Preferred experience from companies within the automotive industry, such as OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or telematics providers.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product research, planning, development, and launch

·        Experience with developing specifications documents, users manuals & training documents and participating in design reviews.

• Background in SW development of scalable mobile, Web and data driven applications – Advantage.

·        Tech savvy with knowledge of the latest developments & trends in data analytics & visualization. 

·        End-to-end thinking with a strong technical background capable of architecting complex workflows from edge devices to cloud analytics

• Hard worker, self-driven and success hungry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience
• Excellent English - highly articulate and clear in both speaking and writing.
