Information Technology Manager

A high-tech company developing products and solutions in the Storage domain, tailored for large Enterprise clients with Big Data needs. The company is profitable and in a growth phase.

The role involves managing a team of 4 alongside hands-on development work. Hands-on position

Located in the Sharon area, they offer a very flexible hybrid model, with approximately one day per week in the office.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a Manager/Team Leader
• Familiarity with hardware components such as servers, network cards, storage drives, etc.
• Experience in reading logs (LINUX CLI environment), analyzing and providing the right Rejection Criteria.
• Experience in Linux filesystem and commands
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• High proficiency in English
• Knowledge of IP networks
• Experience with execution, debugging and writing Python/Bash
• Hands-on position
