NPI Engineer

A high-tech company developing products and solutions in the Storage domain, tailored for large Enterprise clients with Big Data needs. The company is profitable and in a growth phase.

The NPI engineer will be responsible for the configuration control of the products, and all aspects of NPI processes.

Located in the Sharon area, they offer a very flexible hybrid model, with approximately one day per week in the office.

Responsibilities-

• Building and managing Production files: BOMs, Product documentation, working instructions, and drawings.
• Transfer to Production of new products – Full NPI processes.
• Conducting and implementing product changes (ECOs, deviations) and configuration control, managing product lifecycle E2E.
• Ongoing technical support at FTK sub-contractor's production line sites (IL and US) with existing and new products, an initiative for production line continuous improvement.
• Support operations engineering and quality processes such as root causes analysis, CAPA, etc.
• Lead the company certifications and compliance maintenance -International and sustainability.
• Work closely with various departments in the company to define manufacturing procedures.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AGILE PLM - Product BOM, Change Control Management, and Product Mechanical.
• Experience with SolidWorks – an advantage
• Independent, assertive, and proactive approach – being able to own a task and deep dive into the relevant details surrounding it, leading projects/tasks E2E.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a real team player.
• Multitasking skills to be able to work on multiple tasks in parallel.
• Fluent in English - reading, writing, and speaking.
