Who we are

Rapida is an AI-driven technology startup in the civil engineering space. We are developing an advanced platform for visual inspection of infrastructure using drones, 3D modeling, and neural networks.

Who we are looking for

We seek a Full Stack Team Lead who will work closely with R&D, Product, and Business teams. The role involves managing a development team while contributing hands-on to the evolution of our platform.

Your Responsibilities

1. Keep the current platform up and running
2. Collaborate with the product manager to enhance the platform.
3. Actively contribute to the codebase alongside your team.
4. Take part in transforming our cutting-edge technologies into a world-class product.

Requirements

• MSc/ BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience leading distributed teams.
• Based in North or willing to commute to Haifa several times a week.
• Fluent in Hebrew, English, and Russian is a plus.
