Responsibilities:

> Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers.

> Cultivate team skills through training and mentorship.

> Ensure team meets recruitment targets through effective monitoring.

> Manage recruitment metrics, generate reports, and present insights to key stakeholders.

> Optimize recruitment workflows and implement process improvements.

> Identify and address recruitment bottlenecks and challenges. 

> Allocate workload and set priorities within the team.

> Personally handling (hands-on) strategic and senior-level positions. 

> Establish strategic partnerships with internal interfaces and key stakeholders. 

> Serve as escalation point and resolve challenges and bottle necks throughout the process

Job requirements:

> 5+ years in a managerial role.

> 3+ years of recruitment experience including senior positions.

> Proven track record in recruitment metrics management.

> Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPT.

> Strong data analysis and presentation skills.

> Excellence in stakeholder communication.

> Proactive, service-oriented approach with a strategic mindset.

> Fluency in English
