• Lead a Scrum team of backend, frontend, and QA engineers.

• Collaborate closely with Algorithms, Data, and Support teams.
• Continuously enhance coding skills for you and your team.

🎓 Must-Have Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with OOP/OOD (at least 3 years in Python and/or Java).
• 3+ years of experience in team leadership roles.
• Exceptional software engineering skills with a passion for rapid development of high-quality software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
• Proven mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency in git-scm (Source Control Management) - mandatory.

🌟 Significant Advantage:

• Hands-on experience with modern C++ (11 or later).
• Working knowledge of Networking, Linux, and Relational/Non-Relational Databases.
• Experience with web technologies (e.g., Django, Flask, Spring, JavaScript, Angular, RESTful).
• Experience developing/maintaining soft real-time multithreaded systems.
