The job

As a Junior UiPath RPA Developer, you will embark on your career in automation by working on real-world automation projects using UiPath. While experience is not mandatory, you must possess strong problem-solving abilities, a passion for learning, and excellent collaboration skills. You will receive hands-on training to build, test, and deploy automation solutions, working closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams.

Main responsibilities

• Automation Development: Learn and develop automation solutions using UiPath, with guidance from senior developers.
• Collaboration: Work alongside business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements and understand business objectives.
• Testing and Deployment: Assist in the testing and deployment of automated workflows to ensure they meet functional requirements.
• Issue Resolution: Support the identification and resolution of issues or bugs in automation processes.
• Documentation: Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
• · Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest UiPath features and RPA trends, continuously improving your skills.

Must Haves

• Learning Mindset: Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze technical issues.
• Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency:

• Understanding of automation principles and basic programming concepts. Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., C#, VB.NET, Python) or a willingness to learn.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction from senior team members.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with UiPath is highly desirable, and familiarity with other automation tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge or certification in UiPath or other automation tools.
• Experience with programming languages or coding projects (e.g., through school, bootcamps, or personal projects).
• Familiarity or experience with Generative AI developments, including machine learning and natural language processing (NLP), is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Git version control is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant bootcamp/technical certification.
