Team Leader - Deep Learning team

Axon Pulse presents next-generation radar signal processing. Using AI and Deep Neural Networks techniques, Axon Pulse improves the performance of the classical radar and signal processing and enables enhanced detection, classification, resolution, and tracking capabilities.

We are looking for a highly skilled Deep Learning Team Leader to lead one of our teams. In this pivotal role, you will lead a strategic project addressing one of Israel's most critical defense challenges. Your expertise will drive cutting-edge research and development, fostering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our research and development team on end-to-end development and implementation of Deep Learning algorithms.
• Define data collection and management strategies to ensure high-quality datasets for training and evaluation.
• Build efficient pipelines for data handling, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
• Train Deep Learning models using state-of-the-art techniques and frameworks.
• Perform performance analysis and evaluation of models, identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare deployment models, ensuring seamless integration into production systems.
• Conduct thorough literature surveys to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
• Work closely with researchers and systems engineers in the defense industry to address their specific needs and requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience with AI\ Deep Learning
• At least 2 years of experience with Radars and/or Signal Processing.
• At least 2 years of experience Experience as a Team Leader.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required. Advanced degrees in related fields are preferred.
• Vast knowledge of Radar signal processing chain.
• Vast understanding of Deep Learning algorithms, architectures, and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to approach problems with a systematic and logical mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Programming skills in Python- Advantage
