User Experience Designer

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or a related field – preference for graduates of Shenkar or Bezalel.
• 2-5 years of experience in UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) design – preference for experience in E-commerce or Fintech.
• Experience working with UI Kits – developing and implementing UI Kits and reusable design components.
• A rich and professional portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects.

Technical Skills:

• Full proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Experience in creating prototypes and interactive mockups for usability testing.
• Deep understanding of responsive design for all screen types (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Knowledge of accessibility principles and their implementation.
• Experience in creating Microinteractions to enhance user experience.
• Experience designing for Dark Mode, ensuring accessibility and readability.
• Experience with Data-Driven Design, using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar.
• Knowledge of Motion Design, including animations for interactive interfaces.

Responsibilities and Role:

• Design and develop user experiences based on user research and data.
• Work closely with development, product, and marketing teams to create innovative design solutions.
• Conduct research and collect feedback from users through analytical tools.
• Create User Journeys, Wireframes, and Site Maps.
• Continuously improve UI and UX in existing products, including A/B testing.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present design ideas to technical and non-technical teams.
• Close collaboration with developers, product managers, and marketing teams.
• Effective time management and task prioritization.

Additional Advantages (Optional):

• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for design implementation in code.
• Experience working with user analytics to improve performance.
• Knowledge in designing financial services or E-commerce systems.

Work Environment:

• Work in an Agile environment, including participation in sprints and Scrum processes.
• Daily collaboration with development and product teams on Web and Mobile systems.
