Talent Acquisition Specialist

Deloitte is the world's leading and largest firm for consulting and accounting services. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

In this role you will:

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and professional positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to characterize job profiles, open positions in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and develop sourcing strategies
• Identify and source candidates, maintaining a robust pipeline through LinkedIn Recruiter and the organizational recruitment system
• Conduct HR interviews with potential candidate
• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, working closely with professional hiring managers
• Develop job offers and negotiate terms with candidates at the final stage

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in leading hiring processes
• Experience in conducting HR interviews and direct collaboration with hiring managers
• Previous experience in recruiting within an organization
• High proficiency in English
• Mater’s degree- Advantage
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter- Advantage

The position is based in our Tel Aviv office (Azrieli Towers) with a hybrid work model.
