Production Manager

Food Industry Company Seeking a Production Manager

Job Description:

Overall responsibility for executing the production plan and output, ensuring alignment with factory, quality, and safety targets.

Developing and implementing work processes and procedures.

Ongoing management of department managers, shift supervisors, and employees of one of the departments.

Building a skilled team while driving continuous efficiency improvements.

Addressing ongoing issues and responding to changing production demands.

Identifying and addressing critical points and production bottlenecks, exploring alternatives for improvement.

Leading continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of safety, food quality and safety, environmental quality, and operational excellence.

Enforcing quality, safety, and environmental procedures and addressing hazards accordingly.

Maintaining regular communication with internal and external service providers.

Member of the factory management team.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience managing employees on the production floor (minimum 75 people) – mandatory.
• Experience managing mid-level managers – an advantage.
• At least two years of experience in production management in an industrial setting – mandatory.
• Experience in the food industry – an advantage.
• Experience as a senior management team member – an advantage.
• Proficiency in English.
• Full proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of information systems – mandatory.
• Experience leading cross-organizational projects and processes.
