Position overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented IT Administrator to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and enterprising team. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a rapidly growing company. solve IT Issues and monitor our system. You will be providing Idomoo's first tier support and work with our different global teams.

What will you actually be doing?

● Installing and configuring computer hardware and software.

● Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

● Managing ticketing systems such as (Freshworks/mojo helpdesk)

● Providing technical support to company employees.

● onboarding/offboarding of users.

● Testing new technologies and implementing new services.

Requirements:

● 2+ years of experience in Office and Production IT.

● Previous experience with Linux servers (Ubuntu/AWS Linux)

● Familiarity with AWS/EC2 infrastructure solutions or similar AWS solutions.

● Familiar with Google Workspace admin.

● Customer Service Oriented.

● Good understanding of network (TCP/IP) - managing Fortinet FW

● Previous experience with Mac OS and Windows endpoints.

● Excellent English Speaker.

● Code and Scripting languages - Python, bash etc – An advantage.

● Self learning ability.
