ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a full-time Sales Specialist to be based in Israel to be responsible for leading all the Anker Innovations product categories (Charging, Audio - Headphones and Speakers) to achieve commercial and profitability targets for the Israel Market. The selected candidate will need to work with the in country distributor and help in achieving the sell in, sell thru and Sell out on a monthly basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify new business opportunities for all Anker Innovations
- Be accountable for the quarterly Sell-thru performance of all the Anker product categories to achieve regional revenue and strategic objectives for the Israel market.
- Developing business in the existing channels, retailers, telco, resellers, B2B, etc for the assigned category.
- Manage PSI, responsible for Sell-thru management and end to end business of the local operation in liaison with the distributor.
- Proactively identify Israel Markets consumer needs and to communicate these to the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Create business plans for the key accounts across all the categories.
- Maintain our display and stock visibility across all the channels.
- Hitting targets and KPI on a monthly basis.
- Think strategically - see the business picture and set relevant aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business within your accounts for the long term.
- Carry out sales forecasts/pipeline and competition analysis and present your findings internally.
- Work strategically - working with distribution partner, carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes and meet customers' demands.
- Drive in-country collaboration between Sales & Marketing and facilitate marketing in execution of those activities.
- Liaise with all the internal departments including the finance team, warehousing, and logistics departments.
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years experience in Business development.
- Positive attitude and good at execution of the strategic plan.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, social Team Player.
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Advance Excel is a plus.
- Language requirement: Hebrew and English preferred.
