What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Payroll Controller with basic knowledge of bookeeping to join our Accounting team, reporting to the Director of Finance. The position is temporary for 7 months with possiblity to become permanent depending on Company's growth and candidate's success/ The ideal candidate will coordinate all payroll monthly information and communicate with the payroll provider, answering employees' payroll queries, and deal with attendance and basic bookkeeping. The Payroll Controller will play a crucial role in our monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with local labor law and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

What will you do?

• Prepare payroll monthly reports from several sources
• Answer to employees queries
• Checks of payroll and attendance
• Book invoices, opening POs, booking Jes, bank reconciliation and payments to vendors
• Report and payment to governmental authorities monthly
  
  

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

• Payroll controller certificate
• 4+ years of relevant experience in payroll
• Strong knowledge of Hilan software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Netsuite, Workday, FloQast and Coupa- Advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
