Role Description: PMO Manager

We're seeking a PMO Manager to lead our Project Management Office, overseeing complex software integration and go-live projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing project management best practices.
• Managing the project portfolio.
• Ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
• Facilitating stakeholder communication.
• Maintaining project reports and metrics.
• Enhancing project delivery processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in project management, including PMO roles
• Projects: Experience with software integration and go-live activities
• Methodologies: Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile
• Tools: Proficient in MS Project and JIRA
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication
• Language: High-level English proficiency
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
