Application Administrator

b Opportunity: System Administrator at a Leading Real Estate Company in Herzliya

We are seeking a talented System Administrator to manage our company applications, including SAP Business One and Salesforce.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience managing the Salesforce platform, including tools like Lightning Flow and Process Builder.
• Knowledge of creating objects, custom fields, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience in creating and managing user accounts, roles, and profiles.
• Ability to set up security permissions and custom access based on organizational needs.
• Proficiency in process automation tools (Process Builder, Flows, Workflows).
• Ability to perform data loading, updates, and data cleansing operations.

Business Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of business processes related to marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Ability to identify and optimize processes within the system to support organizational goals.
• Experience creating custom reports and dashboards for business data analysis.
• Capability to provide data-driven business insights and collaborate with managers and decision-makers.

General Requirements:

• Ability to work with diverse teams and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
• Basic Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Information Systems or Industrial Management.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role with Salesforce.
• Self-learning ability, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
