in the role of S&OP Executive you are a key player within the monthly S&OP cycle.
- Lead category demand planning process ensuring timely availability and accuracy of the plans based on a statistical baseline and market intelligence collected from the various key stakeholders in the market (Finance, BD&P and Commercial etc.) Ensures that new product introductions are timely reflected into the demand plans while meeting service.
- Responsible for forecasting performance, process excellence, continuous improvement and implementation of global standards and reporting requirements.
- Lead and monitor shipment delivery from a different factories to ensure a good stock coverage and availability.
- Supporting brand retail and indirect distribution channel with stock management.
- Supporting S&OP Manager in preparation of market S&OP meetings, providing insights and opportunities/risks.
- Ensure Market Intelligence is properly collected, integrated and maintained from the relevant stakeholders following a precise drumbeat for all products in scope.
- Ensure identification of demand plan variations and exceptions.
- Identify forecast risks and opportunities.
- Coordinating the generation and maintenance of an 18 months rolling forecast following a precise planning drumbeat.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure efficient management of phase-in phase-out in terms of cost and service.
- Ensure use & maintenance of master data to guarantee the efficiency of the process through automation.
- Monitor the stock level of FG in the market and control production and shipment plan to avoid out of stock/over stock.
- Report on forecasting performance through standard KPIs, dashboard and reporting.
- Advise Customer Service (Regional, local) of variances between existing forecasts, plans and actuals.
- Drive alignment of plans and/or corrective actions in forecasting that will improve our supply chain metrics in the area of cost and services.
- Forecast, production and shipment analysis and report - days of inventory targets.
- Monitor demand planning metrics and use root cause analysis to resolve largest gaps.
- Provide input to the supply planer in developing inventory and service level target on existing and new products.
- Ensure specific care for new product introduction by aligning plans with the different stakeholders, assessing their impact in terms of service and cost.
- Ensure the plans are reflect into the market forecast, follow up and monitor their execution.
- Report on plan performance vs. actuals, previous forecast, and budget.
- 2-3 years of experience in Demand Planning in FMCG industry in a global environment with an understanding of B2B, B2C and Supply chain management.
- Strong analytical, data processing and problem solving skills and experience in applying statistical models.
- Deep knowledge in forecasting, planning, inventory control and shipment delivering.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to drive consensus among senior leaders and lead complex change management initiatives.
- Proficient in MS office software. PBI is advantage.
- BA/MA in Supply Chain management/Business Administration.
