The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in AI and machine learning

• Hands-on expertise in full stack development, including:

• Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or similar frameworks
• Database management: SQL and NoSQL databases
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

• Proven track record of building and scaling complex software systems

• Experience leading engineering teams and managing technical projects

• Strong understanding of healthcare technology, IoT, and data privacy regulations

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

• Passion for using technology to solve real-world problems in senior care
