Hytribe-MEAST, the Middle East arm of Hytribe, is searching for a visionary Co-Founder & Co-CEO to help lead our mission of breaking barriers to mental health access in the region.

About Hytribe-MEAST: Hytribe is a global wellness platform dedicated to providing accessible, culturally-relevant mental health solutions. We're looking to expand in the Middle East, building on the strong foundations of our global brand while addressing the specific needs of the region. With a base in Tel Aviv, you will be pivotal in driving local market execution and strategy.

The Role: As Co-Founder & Co-CEO, you will partner with our global visionary founder, Elijah Nyiro, to execute the company's mission. This position offers equity-based compensation initially, with salary to follow after raising capital.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations for Hytribe-MEAST across the Middle East.

Develop and execute localized growth strategies tailored to the region.

Oversee hiring, team management, and ground operations.

Foster key partnerships with industry stakeholders, mental health professionals, and tech communities.

Drive investor relations and fundraising efforts to ensure business expansion.

Collaborate closely with the global Hytribe team on product development and market positioning.

Requirements:

Experience in startups or tech, preferably in healthtech, wellness, or related fields.

Strong leadership and operational background, especially in fast-paced environments.

Passion for mental health and wellness.

Regional knowledge of Middle Eastern markets, especially Israel and its neighboring regions.

Track record of building partnerships and raising capital is a plus.
