FP&A Team Lead

Description

SodaStream is looking for an experienced FP&A team lead to join its Corporate FP&A team and become a true thought partner for senior management, providing business insights, high-quality deliverables, and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and control of the company’s results on a monthly basis
• Consolidation, analytics, and review of the company’s forecasts
• Report to our parent company (PepsiCo) on a monthly basis
• Proactive control of budget vs. actual for HQ departments
• Global role - working closely with all markets worldwide, management, and departments within HQ
• Supporting annual budget Plan / Quarterly Business review development, including data analysis, recommendations
• Preparation of presentations for Management and stakeholders
• Managing a team of 2-3 FP&A analysts
  
  

• CPA highly preferred
• Minimum 8 years of previous experience as an Economist (control, planning, and analysis ) in a global multinational company
• Fluent in English
• Cash flow forecasting experience –advantage
• Highly organized, and accurate with a strong ability to work at a high pace and under a tight schedule
• High level of proficiency with Systems and Excel including, processing extensive volume data and interfacing with corporate reporting systems
• System driven and always want to improve software and tool
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various levels of the organization
• Managerial experience
• Ability to build effective relationships and influence others
• Knowledge of BI tools – TM1 and QlikSense - advantage
