Product Manager

aiOla is seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic Product team.

Requirements:

• 2 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS B2B products from data-driven companies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work across multiple projects, aligning goals and deliverables effectively.
• Customer and business-oriented approach, ensuring the product delivers value to all users and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in defining, prioritizing, and managing the product roadmap based on business goals and customer needs.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and technologies is an advantage.
• Ability to balance user needs with technical feasibility and business objectives.
• Deep understanding of customer pain points and needs, with a focus on delivering value through AI solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills.
  
  

• Maintain end-to-end ownership of the product roadmap and development cycle, including ideation, customer validation, and collaboration with R&D. This encompasses writing specifications, designing UI, optimizing UX to achieve business goals, and overseeing product launches and monitoring.
• Lead engineering and research teams using Agile methodology to develop innovative products powered by AI/ML algorithms, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Adopt a customer-centric approach by translating requirements into actionable product development tasks. Prioritize efforts by balancing feature requests, reported issues, customer feedback, strategic initiatives, and business constraints.
• Promote data-driven decision-making by leveraging market research, competitor analysis, user insights, and feedback. Focus on identifying new value-generating opportunities to ensure continuous growth for both existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate closely with product marketing to develop compelling content, messaging, and competitive positioning based on strong value propositions and real-world use cases, thereby driving sales enablement.
