What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On

• Budget and Financial Management- Managing and Tracking the Annual Budget: Responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring that the annual budget is managed effectively. Annual Forecast and Budget Planning

Negotiating OS Contracts: Lead along with purchasing

Approving OS Contracts

Approving OS Invoices: Review and authorize payments for invoices related to outsourcing services, ensuring they match contractual agreements and are within the set budget.

• Risk and Relationship Management
  
  

OS Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with outsourcing activities, and develop strategies to mitigate or manage them, ensuring compliance and minimizing business impact.

OS Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with outsourcing vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration and long-term partnerships that align with business goals.

• Outsource Vendors Selection and Optimization - Identify and Select Outsource Vendors
• Performance Management and Strategy – Outsource Performance Management
• Business Reviews and Contract Compliance - Annual Business Review Outsource Vendor Site Visits – Commercial & Business
• Performance Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Have you done this kind of stuff?

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in outsource / subcontractor management – Must.
• A in financial fields such as – Economics, Finance, Accounting, business administration. - Must.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Must.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, charts) – Must.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English- a Must
• Data-driven mindset, leveraging data to drive decision-making and generate insights.
• Commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• High attention to details.
• Strong sense of accountability.
• Extensive familiarity in visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker or Tableau.
• Demonstrated business acumen with a track record of influencing business decisions through data-driven analysis.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to high-level management and C-level executives.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating problems, approaches, and solutions clearly and concisely.
• Ability to build and maintain ongoing strong relationships with vendors and different stakeholders.
• Proactive, assertive, independent, and creative.
• Demonstrates credibility and responsibility and takes ownership of tasks.
