OGVP, a leading Early Growth, is seeking a brilliant and self-driven individual to join our investment team in Tel Aviv.

About OGVP

We are a founder-friendly multi-stage single LP VC focusing on Early Growth opportunities, typically B and C rounds. We team up with passionate founders and ambitious teams seeking to disrupt existing industries and create new markets.

The Role

As an Investment Associate or Senior Associate, you'll play a crucial role in:

• Sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities
• Conducting due diligence on potential portfolio companies
• Building relationships with founders across Israel
• Researching emerging trends and presenting data-driven investment recommendations
• Supporting portfolio performance analytics
• Collaborating on projects with portfolio founders and executives, as well as internal projects

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who embodies our DNA of honesty, kindness, and long-term thinking. The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-3 years of experience in VC, management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth companies
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Immersion in Israel's startup and tech scene
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
• Comfort with handling multiple priorities and context-switching
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
• Success in fast-paced, high-output environments
• Independent thinking and self-motivation
