IT Business Application Analyst

Moon Active is one of the world’s fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

We’re looking for an experienced & talented Business Application Analyst to join our growing IT department and lead integration, deployment and maintenance of various technologies used to provide services within Moon Active.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall integration, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of several business-core SaaS systems (such as OKTA, Atlassian, Monday and more), as well as their continuous improvement for all business groups.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define, analyze, research, and document business requirements and workflows.
• Demonstrate innovation and continuous improvement to product solutions, feature requests and business processes.
• Interact with multiple technology teams such as Development, Integrations, IT System & Network, Information Security, as well as third-party vendors.
• Provide guidance, support, coordination and follow-up on customers' questions, requests and solve issues within business applications.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity within the context of the overall business strategy.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Industrial Engineering/related field or equivalent experience required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Solution Architecture and Design, including leading large and global company projects.
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into organized, clear and concise business requirements as well as detailed design documents.
• Excellent creative skills and ability to find solutions to complex business challenges.
• Good understanding of technical architecture elements such as integration models, cloud architecture and SW development principles.
• Extensive understanding of agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, and to interact with resources from technical and non-technical organizations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, someone who knows how to tell the story to the right audience.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Hebrew & English - excellent oral and written communication skills.
