Company Overview:
A leading medical device company is seeking a VP of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development with global experience, particularly in the US, to join the senior management team. This role involves responsibility for developing global sales and marketing strategies, managing sales and business development, and leading the company's commercial activities in international markets.
Responsibilities:· Develop and execute global sales and marketing strategies to expand the company’s activities in international markets.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the global market, especially in the US.
· Build strategic partnerships with companies in the medical device field and other relevant entities.
· Manage complex sales processes, including negotiations with significant clients.
· Work closely with the development and production departments to improve existing products and develop new products.
· Manage the sales and business development team, including recruitment, training, and guidance.
· Analyze performance reports and track economic indicators to ensure the achievement of business goals.
· Manage the budget of the sales and business development department.
Requirements:· A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (a Master’s degree is an advantage).
· Proven experience of at least ten years in senior sales and business development roles, including global market experience.
· Experience as a member of the executive team.
· Significant experience working in the US market.
· Deep knowledge of the medical device field and relevant regulations.
· Familiarity with sales under Reimbursement in the US is an advantage.
· Ability to manage and guide global teams.
· Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strategic partnerships.
· High analytical skills and the ability to work with data and economic indicators (business plan development, report analysis, etc.).
· Willingness to travel frequently abroad.

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including in English.
· Flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes in the business environment.
· High motivation and self-drive.
Location:The position includes work from the company’s main offices in Kibbutz Afek, Israel, and travel abroad, mainly to the US.
