• Direct management of a development team consisting of web and application developers.
• Manage and implement the work plan according to client requirements.
• Responsible for the quality of deliverables produced by the team.
• Provide mentoring, support, and professional guidance to team members.
• Conduct periodic employee evaluations and set personal goals.

📌 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Back-End development using ASP.NET – mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in Front-End development for responsive websites, with at least 2 years in React – mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in managing and leading development teams – mandatory.
• Extensive experience with MSSQL databases and writing Stored Procedures.
• Familiarity with security aspects in web and mobile development.
